Brass Cable Glands

Brass Cable Glands

Brass Cable Glands are mechanical devices used to secure electrical cables at termination points while providing sealing, grounding, and strain relief. The gland tightly grips the outer sheath of the cable, preventing pull-out, vibration damage, bending stress, and moisture ingress.

When tightened, the gland creates a uniform radial compression around the cable, ensuring strong mechanical retention and environmental protection. Brass cable glands are suitable for armoured and unarmoured cables, depending on design, and can be supplied with metric, PG, NPT, BSP, or BSPT threads.
